Troast is a respected licensed Professional Planner qualified by the American Institute of Certified Planners. He is experienced in urban development and redevelopment in both the city and village center context.  

David has an established record of professional accomplishments including urban transit-focused development and center-based places in the City of Hackensack, Passaic City, Sparta Township and Wantage Township.  

David is committed to planning and developing affordable housing. His time-tested approach of integrating these projects in the community fabric has been recognized by state officials and other professionals in New Jersey.
